All articles, with the exception of the "From the Editor" section, are peer-reviewed prior to publication. Original Research articles are peer-reviewed by at least one independent reviewer. Other journal sections are reviewed by the editorial team with external content experts consulted on a case-by-case basis. For questions about the peer-review status of a specific article, please contact the Managing Editor

Allegations and evidence of researcher misconduct should be emailed to the Managing Editor for review.

Submissions to TJICS are by invitation only. Unsolicited manuscripts will not be reviewed.
Please do not send review copies of books to the editors or the publisher. They will not be reviewed in the journal.

TJICS does not charge the author any fees for publication.
